    The SaudiProp team is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a vacant position in the Customer Service department.

    Job Summary:
    Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a professional and seamless support experience at all touchpoints. Responsibilities include managing tickets, resolving complaints, and delivering effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels.

    • Log and track support tickets until resolution.

    • Provide clear, timely, and accurate solutions to customer issues.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated cases.

    • Prepare periodic reports and suggest improvements to the support process.


    Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple cases.

    • 0–2 years of customer service experience (preferred, not required).
