Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a professional and seamless support experience at all touchpoints. Responsibilities include managing tickets, resolving complaints, and delivering effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
Log and track support tickets until resolution.
Provide clear, timely, and accurate solutions to customer issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated cases.
Prepare periodic reports and suggest improvements to the support process.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple cases.
0–2 years of customer service experience (preferred, not required).
